Com, a yellow sticky rice, is a dish we treat ourselves to during this season. This specialty comes from the village of Vong, which is renowned for maintaining this culinary tradition. Settle down on a terrace and savor each bite of this fragrant and sweet rice, made with bananas used in its preparation.

Every weekend evening, the atmosphere is lively. Families and friends gather to eat, dance, and play with flying discs. At the end of the market, don't miss the famous "congee" with pork ribs, a type of porridge that we especially love in the winter!
